Time to Replant
Spring is coming. Febuary every year we start to clean out lasts years crop and start to propagate our first seeds, ready for planting in the first week in March.

The first dip in temperature of the season is due this weekend. By gently pushing the heads into the water we can protect it from frost and make sure we have great quality cress available all year round

Old Ways Are The Best
Traditional methods still being used, the witches brush …..it enables us to protect the leaf and stem with the cold weather now here, encouraging new shoots to grow for a thicker crop in a few weeks time .
