Still Open

In this type of cold weather, we often get people asking if we are still open and harvesting in this sub zero weather. Fortunately, through raising water levels in the beds, we can protect the cress from frost, meaning we always run right throughout the year, and are always ‘open for business’. We do get pretty cold fingers though……
